Steph Pearson Naturopathy
Welcome. How can I help?
Outside of Steph Pearson Naturopathy, I do a lot of cooking and baking, while being active as much as possible. Whether that is a run, a walk, pilates, or hanging out with my little boy and partner at the beach. I am a huge foodie, and I love exercise – balance is the key. My philosophy; food and lifestyle. It’s that simple. I am more a Nutritionist than a Naturopath, I don’t believe any supplement can replace food. My goal is to educate and guide my clients along the journey of how to eat best for our bodies. Exercise, mindfulness, and lifestyle all come under that. A happy mind and body is a healthy one

What is Naturopathy?
The principles of Naturopathy are to encourage and guide you to take control of your own health. My role as the practitioner is to look for the root causes of the presenting health condition and to treat these, rather than just treating the symptoms. The practitioner will look at the whole person by investigating all the body systems to determine which particular system requires additional support.
