Steph Pearson Naturopathy
Food & Lifestyle
My philosophy; food and lifestyle. It’s that simple. I like to think I’m more a Nutritionist than a Naturopath, I don’t believe any supplement can replace food. With Steph Pearson Naturopathy, my goal is to educate my clients along the journey towards good health and guide every individual client on how to eat best for our bodies to prosper. Exercise, mindfulness, and lifestyle are all included in this guide – a happy mind, and body is healthy.
A little about me
Outside of Steph Pearson Naturopathy, I enjoy cooking and baking, being active outside as much as possible whether that is a run, walk, pilates, or spending time with my partner, little boy and baby girl. I feel most grounded when in nature. I am a huge foodie, and I love exercise – balance is the key. Feel free to get in touch, so I can learn more about yourself and why you’re here.

What is Naturopathy?
The principles of Naturopathy are to encourage and guide you to take control of your own health. My role as the practitioner is to look for the root causes of the presenting health condition and to treat these, rather than just treating the symptoms. I look at the whole person by investigating all body systems to determine which particular system requires support.
